Common fixes first
- Panel not appearing — TrueSold only runs on ebay.co.uk listing and search pages; reload the page after installing.
- Pro features locked — sign in via the extension popup to unlock history charts, saved searches and sold alerts.
- Getting a challenge / CAPTCHA on eBay — open the item's own sold/completed listings page directly in your browser and sign in normally; TrueSold reads whatever your session can already see, it doesn't bypass eBay's checks.
- Just installed or updated and something looks off — reload the eBay page; if that fails, remove and re-add the extension at chrome://extensions.
- No Best-Offer price shown — some listings only expose an "Offer Accepted" status with no price at all; eBay doesn't reveal it, so TrueSold can't either.
Billing & subscriptions
Pro is billed by Stripe. Manage or cancel any time via the "Manage subscription" button in the extension — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds and the 14-day right to cancel are covered in our Terms.
When you email, include
- What you were doing and what happened.
- The eBay listing or search URL (if relevant).
- Your browser and extension version (chrome://extensions shows the version).
- A screenshot if you can.
